This is a vaka. A vaka is a canoe. Room 5 created our class vaka for Cook Island language week. My best thing when creating it was making it with cardboard and sticks. We had a flag on top of our vaka. Why did we make it? You might be asking that question. Well, we didn’t have time to finish our own vaka so we created our class vaka for the whole school challenge.
